I need my subscription cancelled, can’t get a hold of ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL Been charged for months of unfulfilled shipments Horrible customer service

I’ve been charged three times for my shipment, have not received a shipment in over two months. I’ve reached out on multiple platforms for customer service to see what’s going on because my address and billing and everything is correct and nobody has responded gotten back to me.

Wonderful I always love their stuff.

Did not receive any of the strips I requested. This was after coming back to nails mailed and my first subscription order was three sets of strips I didn't pay for and did not want. I canceled my subscription and won't go back. So buyer beware if you join the subscription plan. Did not receive any sort of notice they were out of stock or what I wanted or a choice in picking new ones. They just sent me whatever the hell they had. Very disappointed.

Easy application, long lasting and beautiful designs!

I started using the monthly subscription about a year ago and I absolutely love them! So affordable, good quality, and so many fun designs! I always had a problem with keeping my nails long and with these wraps they’re the best shape they’ve ever been. I get so many compliments and always get asked “where do you go?!” I highly recommend mail your nails to everyone that asks!
