I hate leaving a less than perfect review, but I would have liked to know this when ordering. The nails themselves are very pretty. The nails in the picture are a week old and still look great. However, customer service was very poor and before I got my nails, I thought I might have been scammed. I ordered the nails October 2nd with a shipping estimate of 3-4 days. My order wasn’t even shipped for thirteen days. I messaged several times in those 13 days wondering why my ordered hadn’t been shipped. All I got in response-when I even got one- was, “sorry, we’ll ship your order soon.” I didn’t receive my order until October 21st and didn’t receive any update or explanation until I messaged them for the sixth time. For that reason, I don't know if I will order these nails again. To repeat, the product is great, but I believe that customer service is extremely important for a company to have repeat customers.
