I haven't received my June, July, or August monthly nail subscriptions!! Horrible customer service!
I have been a nailsmailed monthly subscriber for 3 1/2 years & haven't had any problems until this past June. I sent an email saying that I didn't receive my monthlysubscription & was told that they would be sent "right out". Still haven't seen them. In July I was told it was a computer issue & they would send them out with the June ones. Still haven't received them! In August I just got ignored!! I'm not sure what's going on with the company but they definitely aren't what they use to be! I am very disappointed! They have taken my money for 3 months & I haven't received any nail wraps!! At this point I would not recommend them to anyone!

I never received this order. I am very disappointed because I have been a subscriber for a few years, and this is the first time that I feel like I'm being brushed off. I have reached out numerous times via email and I will eventually get a response, but when I tell them that I'm still waiting for my order, I don't hear back from them. The first time a person named Katie did tell me that they would send it out promptly but when I asked another question I didn't hear back from her or anyone else. This has been continuing for since June.
If anyone can help, please reach out.

5 stars. This is an easy, affordable alternative to the salon. I feel more polished, pun intended, and put together while also being fun and affordable. I usually can get 2 good weeks; little to no chipping, some minor wear only. Feel gentle and protective when paired with a great topcoat.

Very affordable little luxury. These wraps last for a long time- I can easily get 2 weeks if I prep my nails with alcohol and deal with a good topcoat. There isn’t much chipping but the wrap does wear off a bit at the tip after a week or so. Even still they look great and I feel more put together. These seem to reinforce my brittle nails too.

I have been loving my NailsMailed orders for more than a year now, but my most recent order was somewhat disappointing. The nail wraps seemed to be thicker than the ones I usually get, and it made it much more challenging to apply them correctly. I couldn't stretch them over the edge of the nail, and when I tried to file them to the edge of the nail, they would wrinkle and pull away. I'm not sure what's changed, but I hope they go back to the original nail wrap material.
